MEGlobal operates the FS1 EO/EG (Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol) plant in Fort Saskatchewan in the Alberta Province of Canada, home to approximately 45 employees. The Fort Saskatchewan site began operations in 1961.

In addition to the MEGlobal EO/EG plant, the site is also home to The Dow Chemical Company who operates four world-scale plants including Fractionator, Ethylene, Polyethylene, power and utilities.

Production Capacity

The FS1 EO/EG plant is one of the largest in Canada, producing more than 450,000 MT of glycol per annum.
