Our Responsible Care® Commitments
We are enthusiastic about meeting the ethics, policies and codes of practice of Responsible Care®, a voluntary initiative within the global chemical industry that promotes the safe handling of products from development, through manufacture and distribution, to disposal. Originating in Canada in 1987, it has been adopted by more than 50 companies around the world.
On September 1, 2004, MEGlobal signed the Responsible Care Charter through the Canadian Chemical Producers’ Association (CCPA). To remain members of Responsible Care, companies must be verified every three years. MEGlobal was most recently re-verified in 2007.
